It was very hard and the efficiency was very low. If pesticides are sprayed, it will contaminate the fruit, and the cost of pesticides is also very high.
I was weeding on a hot summer day and thought it would be great to have a product that would stop weeds from growing. In 2011, by chance, I came into contact with a machine for producing ground cover, and I started production in this way.
I am a grower, I have a deep understanding of farmers’ problems with weeding, and I will provide each user with the most suitable solution with the highest quality and the most competitive price.
Now I will talk about the production process.
1.Weigh the 100% Virgin New PE, uv and color master batch in exclusive proportion.
2.Put various raw materials into the mixing machine and mix.
3.Add the mixed raw materials to the extruder hopper.
4.According to technical requirements,heat up the extruder to adjust the optimum temperature,dissolve the raw material and extrude the film.
5.Cool the extruded flakes to optimum.
6.Break the flakes into filaments of technically required width.
7.Under technical control, wire drawing,flat yarn drawn to process width, and gram weight.
8.After winding the flat wire into bundles, drop and put into storage.
9.Flat yarn woven into cloth on the circular loom and the water loom.
10.Wind the woven cloth into rolls according to the buyer’s requirements. Broken threads and woven fabric discarded as defective product.
